Reservation and Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS
In order to guarantee accommodations, a one night deposit is required to make a reservation. For stays longer than 5 nights, 1/3 of total rental is required for deposit. If paying by check it must be received no later than ten days from the day that the reservation is made.

Credit cards may also be used when making a reservation. The appropriate credit card charges will be processed at the time the reservation is made and subject to our policy for cancellations and changes in length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be received at least 10 days prior to arrival date for a guaranteed refund, less $20.00 processing fee.

On less than 10 days notice, early departure or failure to arrive there is NO REFUND.


PAYMENT
Balance is due upon arrival. We accept Cash, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and Travelers Checks.
Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Our check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.  This is necessary in order to properly serve you and is strictly enforced. Please help us by cooperating with this policy.

OCCUPANCY
Rates are based upon 2 persons to a room. Additional charge of $15.00 per person, per night, for extra person(s) in a room. Maximum allowance is 4 persons in a standard room. Rollaways are available at $10.00 per night.
